Your responsibilities

• Ensure internal controls are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained in a structured and consistent manner.
• Conduct assessments of financial and operational processes to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform in-depth analysis of high-risk control areas as identified by Global Control Management and implement corrective actions to enhance compliance and control reliability.
• Propose and draft new policies or updates to existing ones to strengthen the internal control framework.
• Support the deployment of new tools and solutions related to internal controls to drive standardization across the organization.
• Execute testing activities in line with the predefined strategy and schedule.
• Monitor remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Actively participate in both internal and external audit processes.

Our requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing internal and external audit matters.
• Solid understanding of internal control principles and frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
