Your responsibilities

• Preparation, management, and documentation of transaction-related paperwork.
• Full transportation document flow (invoices, contracts, documentary instructions).
• Coordination of cargo transportation process (multimodal transport, maritime transport, road transport).
• Supervision of the preparation of accompanying documents for cargo transportation: preparation of shipping and transport documents, certificates, invoices for goods, and other documents.
• Nomination of independent inspectors, agents in the port.
• Interaction with transport organizations, freight forwarding companies, agents, and insurance companies.
• Cargo transportation insurance.
• Preparation of documents for customs clearance.
• Handling claims regarding quality and delivery deadlines, and monitoring the implementation of decisions for their resolution, including settlement of insurance cases.
• Close work with counterparties during the whole deal.
• Monitoring accounts receivable.
• Monitor the updated Storage Inventory file.
• Continuously develop process improvements within export and import cargo services, in close cooperation with Head of Operations.

Our requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping operations, logistics, or demurrage analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of English
