About the project

• Client: banking industry
• Hourly Rate: up to 140 PLN + VAT
• Location: Warsaw, Lodz or Tricity, Poland
• Work arrangement: hybrid, twice per week in the office, full-time
• For our Client from banking industry we are looking for GKYC Lead

Your responsibilities

• Understanding and driving the scope of a workstream or project
• Accountable for Building Blocks refinement (breakdown to features)
• Responsible for the output of the workstream (refined features meeting DoD)
• Working with Design team and solution refinement teams to see the design through to delivery
• Guiding the workstream/project refinement teams on priority
• Driving communication internally and managing stakeholders for decisions
• Accountable for Risk, Issue & Dependency management for the workstream/project refinement teams

Our requirements

• Demonstrable experience in significant transformation programmes in banks, preferably in the AML space
• Delivery for PEGA CLM projects is an advantage
• High-quality documentation for status reporting
• Clear understanding of how the workstream scope links to the overall vision
• Good domain and AML competence, understanding financial crime risks and controls, and the implementation of RBA and efficient treatment strategies
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
• Ability to formulate spotlight and options papers to a level which can be presented to senior leaders
• Knowledge of the banking landscape is a bonus
• Act as a role model by creating an atmosphere of confidence, learning, and trust
• Live values to grow and develop self and others
• You embrace and practice the bank’s leadership competencies
