Your responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Fragrance & Beauty (m/f/x) to join our Fragrance & Beauty team in Poland. On this position, you will play an important role in bringing our goals into life by leading our wholesale Sales Team within East Region (Warszawa, Łódź, Lublin, Białystok, Olsztyn) and cooperating with various stakeholders. The successful candidates will have ownership of their area and must possess the ability to work on their own initiative within a vibrant Sales Team. You will report to Sales Manager F&B.

Our requirements

  • Ensuring execution of the sales strategy within your region
  • Setting up targets for the team and supporting individuals in their realization
  • Care of the brand image in point of sales and among our sales team
  • Leading and inspiring the Field Sales team
  • Coaching on the job, providing quality feed-forward and training the team around selling skills and client experience
  • Developing and motivating our Beauty Consultants and Sell Out Consultants, incl. managing performance, ensuring development plans are in place, rewarding progress
  • Supporting the team in setting up monthly and weekly priorities, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of routings
  • Recruiting the team members and ensuring high quality onboarding experience
  • Partnership cooperation with your regional counterparts in perfumeries
  • Leveraging on and searching for new business opportunities / aligning on regional promotions and events
  • Working closely with other internal teams to achieve common goal
  • Promoting the organizational culture and leadership attributes
