Twój zakres obowiązków

• Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners to support day-to-day business operations.
• Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of documentation supporting commercial and customer-related processes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational and customer data across internal systems.
• Support the resolution of operational matters related to order processing and post-sales activities.
• Assist in compiling data and preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team.

Wymagania pracodawcy

• Requirements:
• 10 years of professional experience in a similar role (customer service, order management, sales etc.);
• Very good English (min. B2);
• Very good French (min. B2);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time;
• Solid analytical skills and attention to details;
• Proactive approach.
