Your responsibilities

  • Head of Sales required
  • Must speak fluent in English
  • Candidate will be responsible for existing small team and tasked to grow
  • Training given
  • Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
  • Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
  • Preparing client presentations
  • Meeting new and existing clients
  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email, and meetings
  • Working with senior team members to share ideas on how to win new business and service clients
  • Negotiating rates and contract terms

Our requirements

  • Head of Sales Required with previous experience
  • Full training will be given.
  • Previous experience in a Sales/Business Development role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hard-working and target driven, self motivated
  • Ambitious career aspirations
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • It is essential that you can speak fluent in either Spanish, French or German
  • Strong management of people and exceptional leadership
