Twój zakres obowiązków

• Oversee the full accounting process of the company, including general ledger, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Manage and mentor the accounting team
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures

Wymagania pracodawcy

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably in a trading or commercial company
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting regulations and tax laws
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English
