Leading the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within allocated budget
Leading of communication and alignment with affected units: Crop management, technical team & registration, regions, communication, online-team, loyalty specialist
Supporting in developing special promotional activities to reach strategic targets set in the crop strategy and analyzing efficiency and proposes measures for improvement in-season using digital tools
Supporting in developing budget-planning and cost control for the planned measures
Managing campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity and metrics
Our requirements
University degree (business, marketing or agriculture)
Min 3 years of work experience in marketing or business in international work environment
Polish fluent and English advanced
Advanced team work competence
Demonstration of customer focus and acting with entrepreneurial drive
