Your responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, or online channels
• Develop a solid understanding of NIQ Brandbank services and tools
• Support scheduling, workflows, and operational queries
• Work closely with Account Managers to keep clients happy and supported
• Provide regular reporting to meet customer and business needs

Our requirements

• Fresh graduates (any field!) eager to build a career in customer service & data
• Strong communication skills in Polish & English
• A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Some customer service experience is a plus (but not a must!)
• Availability to work 15:00 – 23:00
