Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects,
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions,
• Translate business needs into product features aligned with business strategy,
• Prepare analytical documentation: specifications, diagrams, user stories,
• Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams,
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies and a user-centric approach.

Our requirements

• Experience and knowledge of Passenger Service Systems, such as Amadeus Altea (airline ticket construction, Amadeus queries), is necessary,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects,
• Practical knowledge in requirement engineering for commercial customers,
• Ability to clearly define business needs, desired outcomes, and derive product development plans from business strategies,
• Familiarity with Design Thinking,
• Proactive, with the courage to take on challenges, experiment, and test new ideas,
• Strong initiative in building cross-functional relationships,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Very good communication and teamwork abilities,
• Creativity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently and proactively,
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto,
• Openness to occasional business travel,
• Higher education preferably in computer science/IT,
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2/C1) in both spoken and written form.

Optional

• Experience working with large systems and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) in international projects,
• Background in one of the following areas: middleware, web services, mobile, or desktop platforms,
• Familiarity with tools such as Kibana, Google Analytics, Postman, Insomnia,
• Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field
