Solid experience in agricultural product sales or agri-finance
In-depth knowledge of Poland’s agro-market and farming practices
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated mindset with a passion for agriculture
Fluency in Polish and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Agro Sales Specialist will focus on building relationships with Polish farmers and agribusinesses, selling LANDE’s financing solutions, identifying market opportunities, and supporting operational growth in Poland’s agricultural sector.
