Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Introduce LANDE's agro-lending products to local farmers and agri-companies
  • Develop strong client relationships and understand farmers’ financing needs
  • Drive sales from lead generation to deal closure
  • Support strategic planning and local market expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Nasze wymagania

  • Solid experience in agricultural product sales or agri-finance
  • In-depth knowledge of Poland’s agro-market and farming practices
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated mindset with a passion for agriculture
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial energy with a focus on driving results

To oferujemy

  • This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Agro Sales Specialist will focus on building relationships with Polish farmers and agribusinesses, selling LANDE’s financing solutions, identifying market opportunities, and supporting operational growth in Poland’s agricultural sector.
