Your responsibilities

  • Set up a positive business and personal relationship with Retailers, and to build the long-term success of FoodWell within assigned customers.
  • Ensure delivery of monthly Revenue and Margin budget based on the Business Plan by each Partner and the Region in total.
  • Set up and maintain with Key Partners the process of mutual Business Planning, regular Performance Reviews, and market visits following the agreed calendar.
  • Regularly analyse, define, and utilize the potential of business development with existing Partners, define possible risks and threats, and coordinate action plans with the superior manager.
  • Define the new opportunities within the assigned customers, acquire and negotiate fair cooperation terms and conditions, and establish lasting partnerships with new
  • Partners to build a sustainable business model.
  • In co-operation with the Legal Department, ensures the preparation of all necessary cooperation agreements.
  • Responsible for the introduction and launching of new product ranges with all Partners.
  • Visit the market regularly, identify value-adding opportunities, and better understand / resolve the challenges.
  • Track and analyse competition market share, numeric distribution, listing, in-outlet/channel activities, new launches, and price structures.
  • Responsible for knowledge of product portfolio Foodwell and main/new competitors in the category.
  • Observe professional secrecy about commercial confidentiality.

Our requirements

  • Very strong FMCG sales experience in Modern Trade / Alternative Channel​ Key Account Management, Preferably with International companies.
  • A proven record of delivering outstanding business results, exceeding targets, and finding solutions to business challenges.
  • Minimum of 3 negotiation rounds with currently managed clients.
  • Very strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales and finance areas of the business. Strategic and innovative commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and track record of developing and executing route-to-market models, acquiring and managing modern trade / alternative channel​ KA customers.
  • Have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to deal with various stakeholders and challenges.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies or processes clearly, concisely, and empoweringly.
  • "Hands-on" approach, comfortable working in a lean organization structure with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Winning Mentality: Robust and comprehensive track record of making initiatives succeed and achieving exceptional results.
  • Ownership: Takes personal ownership of direct responsibilities, business performance, target achievements, and project execution.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative: Able to find solutions to problems and make them work without detailed management guidance. Keep an eye for detail, and enjoy utilizing information to gain a competitive edge.
  • "Can do" attitude: Results-orientated and readily prepared to " roll up sleeves" and promptly deal with business opportunities and challenges.
  • Necessary technical abilities MS office, Microsoft Power Point & Excel advanced skills.
  • Master degree in economics or management.
  • English & Polish – fluent
