About the project

• We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team and work on the client for data monitoring in navigational simulation software.
• In this role, you will develop complex interfaces, integrate mapping services, and work with data visualization. You'll work on a product that trains 40% of the world’s bridge officers, enhancing maritime safety and training. As part of an innovative team, you'll shape maritime simulation and engage with real users to make a tangible impact.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a web application using React and TypeScript
• Work with Canvas/WebGL for data visualization
• Integrate mapping services (Mapbox, Leaflet)
• Develop Web Components
• Use MobX for state management
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and participate in technical discussions
• Collaborate with backend developers and contribute to API design

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of ES6+ and modern JavaScript standards as well as Web Components
• Knowledge of MobX
• Experience working with Canvas and 2D graphics
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub Actions as well)
• Familiarity with SCRUM (Agile) development processes
• Fluent English
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Previous work with Thrift
• Proficiency in D3.js, PixiJS, WebGL
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Experience with SAFe, SASS/LESS and knowledge of BEM
• Mapbox and Leaflet skills
