About the project

• The project aims to improve global oversight of third-party IT spending through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. It supports better use of external IT services, including hardware, software, and vendor contracts, in cooperation with Technology and Procurement teams.
• Key areas include IT cost control, contract governance, and procurement operations. The tech stack covers Excel, PowerPoint, multi-source data tools, vendor and contract management systems, and a global IT operating model. The project follows internal compliance standards and is designed as a long-term initiative focused on continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• The primary objective of the Team is to support the governance of third-party IT spend, including data analysis, reporting, and ongoing improvement of core Cost Management processes.
• This role involves collaboration across multiple regions and various levels of seniority within both Technology and Procurement functions. It supports Cost Managers in optimising the use of third-party hardware, software, resources, and related IT services to drive maximum value and cost efficiency.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential, given the analysis, reporting, presentation, and governance responsibilities associated with this position.
• Adherence to the company’s internal control standards is expected, including implementation and compliance with the Group Compliance Policy.

Our requirements

• Solid experience in data manipulation, reporting, and presenting insights effectively.
• Comfortable working across multiple data sources and systems.
• Creative problem-solver, able to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
• Good understanding of Technology Cost Management, Benefits Tracking, and Contract Management practices.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for this position.
• Capable of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Preferably familiar with IT supplier and contract processes, including knowledge of technical platforms, IT Vendor Management frameworks, and the global IT operating model.
• Experience in cost and commercial management including cost reduction / optimisation programmes.
• Good understanding of procurement sourcing & category management principles and operation.
• Awareness of IT Infrastructure technical platforms / technologies, execution of IT vendor management policies.
• Good understanding of the IT global delivery model and future roadmap.
• Ability to work in a multi geography, culturally diverse and time zone separated management role.
