Your responsibilities

• Implementing Click-rate optimisation strategies to increase sales, customer engagement and other KPIs
• Measuring performance metrics, establishing reporting analysis (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4)
• Analyzing campaign results and optimizing activities to achieve the best ROI
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting marketing results to marketing and sales teams
• Identifying new trends and opportunities in UX and introducing innovations into the marketing strategy
• Collaborating with the creative team and other departments of the company to ensure consistency in marketing efforts
• Eager to establish user journeys based on historical and current data
• Knowledge user journey testing methodology and statistics
• Applying best practices to operational and creative teams

Our requirements

• 2-3 year experience in the position of Analyst, performance Marketing Specialist, UX Specialist or a similar role
• Experience in digital marketing, including analytical and personalization softwares (nice to have)
• Proven ability to analyze analytics data pre/post campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results of marketing campaigns
• Good knowledge of strategies and trends in performance marketing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas within CRO
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
