Your responsibilities

• Managing Digital Projects Using JIRA.
• Overseeing and prioritizing tasks related to digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, and e-commerce initiatives by creating, tracking, and updating JIRA tickets.
• Working across multiple countries and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and/or issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (web publishers, QA Analysts, designers, developers, etc.) to ensure task milestones are met within scope and time.
• Cooperating and communicating with local subsidiaries and other stakeholders.
• Reporting any issues and supporting issue solving.
• Evaluating the task scope and estimating the time.
• Meeting all the deadlines - managing, monitoring and negotiating due dates.

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
• Experience in end-to-end task management, from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Ability to coordinate tasks between different project team members.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic analytical/reporting skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with strong multitasking abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and skills.
• Team player.
