Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients in Poland and international markets through proactive sales activities
  • Selling solutions based on Salesforce products
  • Co-developing an effective sales strategy for Salesforce solutions
  • Preparing sales offers and presentations
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to organize sales events (business breakfasts, conference presentations, workshops)
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Achieving defined sales targets and KPIs

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales of IT services (mandatory requirement)
  • Experience in selling Salesforce or other COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) solutions
  • Proven ability to prepare business offers and presentations – confidence and belief in the service being sold are key
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent skills in diagnosing client needs to execute upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Strong command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
  • Familiarity with business processes (sales, marketing)
  • A valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships at various organizational levels, including executive-level contacts
  • Stress resilience, persistence, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ease in building relationships and confidence in establishing new business contacts
