Your responsibilities

• Drive and execute global sourcing and product strategies
• Negotiate and manage global supplier agreements and negotiations
• Maintain and expand the P&H Global Casting Supply Chain opportunities
• Identify and implement casting supply chain improvement initiatives on both global and product levels

• Background in technical education, foundry processes, or strategic sourcing
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Readiness to travel internationally
• Familiar with foundry processes or foundry experience is considered an advantage
