Your responsibilities

• Verification and posting of expense reports in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards applicable in various countries
• Operation of the Navision 2018 (Dynamics NAV) financial system
• Identification and resolution of irregularities and discrepancies in documents
• Email communication with employees and local accounting teams (in English)
• Managing the team’s shared mailbox (sorting emails, forwarding them to the relevant recipients, responding to inquiries)
• Recording approved documents in systems in line with established procedures (e.g., reports, invoices)
• Ensuring data completeness and compliance of documentation with company policies
• Collaborating with the team to resolve daily operational issues

Our requirements

• Min. 1 years of work experience
• Relevant practical experience in comparable role
• Knowledge of polish bookkeeping principles
• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar accounting systems
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail
• Can-do attitude

Optional

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level – able to communicate and clarify matters with employees
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook – proficiency in basic office applications (yes, even Outlook – our junior couldn’t use it)
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent work organization, multitasking abilities, and priority management
• Experience in corporate accounting – at least a 3–6-month internship in a finance department of a corporate environment
