Your responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for coordinating and managing external risk-related requests across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Business Lines and internal Risk and Compliance Specialists to gather, validate, and synthesize information into cohesive, client-ready responses.
  • Ensure responses align with enterprise policies, regulatory expectations, and risk management standards.
  • Interpret complex risk concepts and translate them into clear, accurate narratives that provide assurance to external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of evolving policies, procedures, and regulatory trends across the enterprise risk landscape.
  • Independently manage project deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and initiatives to ensure timely and complete execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of responses.
  • Anticipate stakeholder concerns and objections and proactively address them through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and represent the TPRM function with credibility and influence.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
  • Typically, more than six years of applicable experience in risk management, third party or vendor risk, or a related compliance function.
  • Strong understanding of third party risk domains (e.g. information security, resiliency, compliance, financial health, etc.).

Optional

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in interpreting abstract risk concepts.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with RSA Archer or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of financial services operations, products, systems, and associated risks/controls.
  • Familiarity with key risk domains such as information security, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational risk.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes without direct authority.
