About the project

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic technology team.
• In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with team members to optimize system performance, ensure compliance, and deliver top-tier support to our users.

Your responsibilities

• Implement updates and introduce new features within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Translate user requirements into precise technical specifications in alignment with team objectives
• Enforce compliance and performance best practices in the M365 environment
• Resolve complex issues raised by users
• Provide technical guidance to ensure a seamless M365 application experience
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and procedures within Microsoft 365
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service performance and utilization
• Utilize new M365 features and updates to enhance system functionality
• Formulate policies and procedures governing Microsoft 365 usage
• Deliver technical support for projects involving Microsoft 365
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to improve team workflows.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in roles such as M365 Engineer or similar, with exposure to global and agile environments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with adaptability in dynamic conditions
• Independence in task management and competency in collaborative environments
• Background in security practices and compliance adherence within Microsoft 365
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level.

• Expertise in advanced Microsoft 365 certifications
• Background in leading technology projects
• Knowledge of advanced security protocols and strategies within cloud environments.
