Your responsibilities

• office work in a special room where Miele products are displayed, consisting of receiving and conducting live video calls and chats with customers interested in purchasing household appliances;
• providing product advice, creating offers, finalizing sales, and handling complaints;
• conducting internal product training for company employees;
• monitoring stock levels of appliances, products, and materials, and ensuring that the virtual experience center is kept in good condition and looks presentable.

Our requirements

• very good level of German (C1) and English (B2+) in speech and writing,
• very good communication skills, proactivity, and sensitivity to consumer needs;
• good ability to acquire new and detailed product knowledge, including openness to reading technical drawings;
• professional experience in sales or customer service will be an additional advantage.
