Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate favorable terms, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining product quality standards
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental goals are met
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and supplier dynamics to make informed decisions
• Conducting regular audits and implementing improvements as needed

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the food industry (sweets/candies/beverages)
• Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
• Advanced English knowledge
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
