Your responsibilities

• Creating high-quality technical documentation that meets company guidelines (data sheets, package slips, user manuals, online manuals, and instructional product videos)
• Providing guidelines for preparing and editing technical documentation
• Conducting technical edits on technical documentation in line with company guidelines and checklists (correcting contextual issues, content organization, or formatting errors)
• Generating multilingual documents through our internal system
• Publishing documents on our website

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to company HQ in Germany for trainings
• CV in English

Optional

• 3+ years of experience in preparing and creating technical information
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Good command of written and spoken German (min. B2 level)
• Experience in creating and editing technical documentation using Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar software
• Experience in creating instructional videos
