Your responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries and requests on a daily basis, including providing information and resolving issues in cooperation with other company departments,
• Carefully review company documents, including their archiving,
• Work in the internal information system,
• Collaborate with other members of the Operations team to achieve common goals and ensure client satisfaction,
• Actively monitor and update internal processes and procedures in order to increase the efficiency and quality of services provided to our customers.

Our requirements

• Min. high school diploma,
• Knowledge of English min level B2,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Reliability and diligence (attention to detail),
• Independence in assigned duties,
• Team player,
• Willingness to learn new things,
• Communication skills (written and spoken) at a professional level,
• Well-organized with strong time management skills,
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.

Optional

• Knowledge of other languages e.g., German, Ukrainian, Czech/Slovak is a plus,
• Previous experience with administrative work and customer support is an advantage.
