Your responsibilities

  • Manage complex onshore tenders from A to Z
  • Analyze client requests, tender materials, and contracts
  • Prepare detailed cost estimations, price proposals, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather input
  • Lead customer negotiations and attend client meetings
  • Represent FairWind at supplier events, conferences, and industry fairs
  • Maintain CRM records, update cost databases, and archive documentation
  • Support process improvements and sales development initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding of new sales team members
  • Ensure smooth handover of project information to Operations

Our requirements

  • You Have experience in sales, key account management, or tender coordination (preferably in technical or industrial sectors)
  • You Have knowledge of the wind industry – this is a strong advantage
  • You Have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand technical and commercial documentation
  • You Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • You Speak fluent English (German is an asset)
  • You Are proactive, well-organized, and open to travel
