About the project

• We are looking for a line manager in SAFe Agile Release Train focused on developing a medical mobile app.  This is a challenging position where you use your leadership skills to bring out the best in people, build high performing teams, support them in reaching their goals and help shape a world-class working environment. Full line management responsibilities for cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, personal and professional development.

Your responsibilities

• Build an attractive work environment.
• Build highly effective teams by hiring talents, developing people and motivating them to outperform.
• Engage with the teams and initiate actions to create innovative & open environment.
• Seek potential in individual team members, empower them to take actions and decisions.
• Collaboratively with Scrum Masters and Product Owners lead and coach team members, share knowledge and set the directions for the team with mid- to long-term focus.
• Understand and live the company values.

Our requirements

• you are a manager with at least 1 year of experience in people management;
• you exhibit enthusiasm & self-reliance with a high degree of commitment and ownership;
• you have excellent communication and relationship management skills;
• you have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and effectively apply situational leadership;
• you are fluent in English and Polish.

Optional

• you have 3+ years hands-on experience as a member of agile development team;
• you have experience in driving change within an organization;
• you have curious approach and problem-solving skills, are able to challenge existing practices, draw accurate conclusions from available inputs, analyze & present solution variants with recommendations;
• you are familiar with SAFe framework;
• you have experience in medical software or other regulated industries.
