Your responsibilities

• Manage employee documentation, including contracts, annexes, and relevant HR paperwork.
• Collaborate with external providers for background verification processes.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and liaise with benefits vendors.
• Compile and deliver accurate payroll input data; ensure timely submission of timesheets.
• Track medical check-ups, sick leave, and all types of employee absences.
• Support the planning and delivery of training and employee development initiatives.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, accounting, and leadership teams.
• Help shape and refine HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement HR best practices.

• Solid understanding of Polish labor law and compliance frameworks.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
