Your responsibilities

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple geographies and sites
• Building candidate pipelines through direct search and indirect channels
• Coaching and influencing hiring managers, supporting hiring decisions
• Partnering with key stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for problem-solving and consulting
• Creating impact through collaboration on assigned projects aligned with strategic global pillars across Employer Branding, Org Design, Process Improvement & Technology
• Driving and coordinating Early Careers programs (internships, graduate programs, university partnerships) within the region
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting scope and international exposure; additional experience in recruiting for technical, chemical, or manufacturing roles is a strong advantage
• Excellent command of German & English (C1/C2) with strong interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
