Twój zakres obowiązków

  • As a Sales Planner you will be responsible for several processes and you will closely cooperate with multiple stakeholders. You will:
  • -Prepare management and headquarters reports (estimated results, forecasts, preliminary results), monitor daily and monthly deviations, support with compliance reporting (JSOX), ensuring data quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • -Prepare reports to analyse sales and gross margin data to support senior and local sales teams in identifying trends and support campaign strategies.
  • -Contribute to the creation of yearly budget, and the follow-up of sales actions: prepare annual pricing and discount structures, implement them in systems, and collaborate with Product
  • -Managers on pricing and catalogue updates.
  • -Act as a key user of SAP, Webshop, and CRM systems by providing ongoing departmental support, handling inquiries, and support process standardization initiatives.
  • -Collaborate with Sales Managers to plan, launch, and monitor the performance of sales campaigns, as well as supporting them from an analytical perspective.
  • -Track KPIs (new customers, visits, discounts, profitability, quotations, pick up rate) and report status to senior and headquarters stakeholders.
  • -Gather and create reports on market and competitor data, to inform strategic decision-making.

Nasze wymagania

  • Experience, education and technical skills:
  • -Master degree in Economics, Business or similar.
  • -5 years of experience, out of which minimum 3 as a controller or in analytical positions (big 4), with exposure to Top Management roles.
  • -Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • -Demonstrated flexibility to manage ad hoc requests and strict deadlines.
  • -Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially in the usage of MS Excel, able to create and maintain reports using complex formulas.
  • -Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles is considered an advantage.
  • -Proficient knowledge of English.
  • -Flexibility to travel 1/month.
  • Interpersonal skills:
  • -Good communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and raise issues.
  • -Accurate level of work, with ability to dig into the details, without losing the helicopter view.
  • -Team player but with ability to work in autonomy, and able to organise own tasks to respect strict deadlines.
  • -Critical and proactive mindset with ability to challenge procedures and suggest improvements.
  • -Strong analytical skills are essential.
  • -Accuracy and attention to details.
