Your responsibilities

• Executing and assist in managing and client projects, with a focus on our screening service.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support client engagements and internal processes development.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.
• When relevant and based on your skillset, utilize SQL or Python to automate data screening processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Support system improvements, data analysis, and tool optimization.
• Participate in internal meetings, providing administrative support and contributing to strategic discussions.
• Take on special projects and tasks as assigned, based on your competencies and interests.

Our requirements

• Business proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Finance from: Kozminski University, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), University of Warsaw.
• Clear interest in Strategy Consulting, M&A and Private Equity (previous experience in these activities is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
