Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage project portfolio from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager to plan the team's work.
• Daily coordination of project activities: communication with developers and removing blockers.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, take meeting notes, and provide updates to all stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules and track performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Prepare projects reports and summaries.
• Participate in creating products development strategies with the Engineering Manager.
• Report to the client.
• Ensure best practices, techniques, and standards are used throughout the project lifecycle.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in IT project management.
• At least a basic understanding of what is inside a computer.
• Goal-oriented.
• Commitment to the highest quality of the product.
• Ability to work and manage a team.
• Ability to solve problems and learn quickly.
• At least B2 level knowledge of English.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Optional

• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• Basic knowledge of JIRA or other project management software.
• Experience in working with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Familiarity with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.
