Your responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a talented Customer Services Representative for our EMEA Supply Chain team at Aliaxis. Our ideal candidate will be experienced professional in customer services or order management and will speak proficient German and good command English.
  • The mission of Supply Chain in Aliaxis EMEA is to act as an integrated supply chain reliably delivering on our customer promise in a safe, sustainable and cost-efficient way. We energize our teams through people development and transformative processes and technologies.
  • Customer Services Representative serves as the main point of contact for our customers. They handle inquiries, take orders, provide updates, book transportation, and issue invoices. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any risks or roadblocks that arise. Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Services Representative will play a key role in serving our customers inside Supply Chain organization.
  • Customer and stakeholder handling in German and English (90% via e-mail),
  • Order management and coordination,
  • Data maintenance,
  • Receivables management (invoices, credit notes, disputes, packing lists),
  • Documentation and complaint management,
  • Reporting,
  • Continuous improvement.

Our requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service – Order Management, Purchasing Department, Logistics / Transport (as a strong plus).
  • Communicative knowledge of English and proficient German – any additional European language will be a plus.
  • Experience in using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX or SAP) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (assertiveness, self-driven, strong personality

  • Following regulations and standards (company and legal)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team (2-3 close peers) and across various departments
