Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ICFW (Internal Control Framework) and SOX requirements. You drive control remediation where required.
• Ensure business complies with all aspects of the internal / external financial control environment
• Review ICFW and implement the changes across the markets.
• Support process’ improvements in areas under own remit, resolve deficiencies identified.
• Coordinate, sample and test of SOX/non-SOX controls.
• Lead monthly reporting of SOX/non-SOX testing results to internal & external
• stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit deliverables as required.
• Cooperate with FRMC (Risk Management Team) on control effectiveness.
• Act as first point of contact for all controls/compliance matters.
• Act as Management Monitoring Coordinator for cluster.
• Prepare remediation plans for failed controls.
• Provide trainings, transfer knowledge to control performers.

Our requirements

• General finance degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) (acquired or in process of)
• · 3 years of post-qualification experience or post degree
• · Experience of working in a Control / SOX environment
• · Experience in compliance field
• · Strong financial risk awareness
• · Excel skills a must
• · Previous experience of SAP preferred
• · Analytical skills
• · Fluent English (minimum C1)
