Your responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and audit preparation
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
• Work closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and cost control initiatives
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
• Provide accurate Management Accounts information to management
• Ensure accuracy and correct bookkeeping methods and entries
• Liaise with the Group Finance Team to ensure alignment across entities
• Guide accounting decision and advice across European markets
• Oversee procedures in document flow of the organisation
• Monitor and mitigate business risk exposure
• Support forecasting & budgeting
• Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all aspects of company activities
• Ensure full compliance with Polish and European accounting standards and legal regulations
• Oversee and ensure financial reporting statutory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making

Our requirements

• Qualified accountant, Chartered Accountant preferred
• Experience in a similar financial controller or senior finance role, ideally in a multinational environment
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards in Poland and the EU
• Strong analytical skills and professional judgement
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Excel, accounting software, preferably SAP
• Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• Proactive and organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
