Your responsibilities

• Manage and record company revenue and expenditures, overseeing all operational activities, receivables, and payables.
• Handle cash receipts, prepare account vouchers, and manage bank statements.
• Issue and maintain invoices.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external tax and audit departments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation while maintaining strong relationships.
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly capital planning, analyzing performance deviations.
• Review staff expense claims and maintain communication with banks and tax authorities.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and accounting software; ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• English & Polish at minimum B2-C1 level.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or ACCA) preferred.
