Your responsibilities

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner meetings and business reviews).
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs, set up stores in the Sales Force, and amend data in the system. Track and report performance metrics.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Our requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
  • You’re comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management environment and/or Business Consultancy - is a plus!
  • You’re comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
  • You have Polish proficiency and a very good command of English.
