Your responsibilities

• developing and refining global KPI dashboards and claims maturity frameworks
• defining and implementing global standards (e.g. fraud, governance, large loss protocols)
• delivering in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance benchmarking
• facilitating cross-border knowledge transfer and contributing to expert workshops
• partnering with global teams to improve claims operations, systems, and data use (incl. GenAI and automation solutions)

Our requirements

• fluency in English
• university degree in business, legal, or IT studies
• 5–8+ years of experience in claims, technical insurance, or consulting
• experience in strategy consulting is a strong asset
• strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
• excellent stakeholder engagement skills; exposure to cross-country work is preferred
• willingness for frequent international travel (USA, Europe, Asia)
