About the project

• At NATEK, we are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join a top retail seller in Poland. The role involves developing data-driven solutions using Python and SQL, focusing on predictive modeling and optimization.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to support retail-focused solutions
• Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to translate data into insights
• Ensure code quality and maintainability in production environments

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on Machine Learning or Data Science projects
• Proven experience in the retail sector (required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
• Solid coding background, including experience with production-level code
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
