The Office Assistant supports Office Coordinator in all his/her responsibilities and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
General services/ office related:
• Support employees with office related matters (answering questions, reacting to requests and suggestions, redirecting to the right person)
• Assist in maintaining building and office procedures
• Support office management activities
• Cooperate with postal, courier service suppliers and cleaning services as well
• Cooperate with other office suppliers, making sure all deliveries and services are adjusted to the actual situation in the office
• Report technical defects to the building technicians and making sure that they are fixed properly and on time
Safety:
• Support office and safety procedures (Business Continuity Plan, First Aid Team etc.)
• Participate in office Safety Walks and reacts to its conclusions
• Support organization of Safety Meetings and safety site events
Working in SAP
• transactions related with office vendors for Poznan
Events:
• Support site events organization.
Our requirements
Minimum Secondary education
At least 12 months of related job experience (e.g. Office/ Admin assistant job, Internship etc.)
Very good knowledge of English language
MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience in a global environment will be an advantage
