Providing front-desk reception services, including welcoming visitors and business partners.
Performing various organizational and administrative tasks, working closely with building management, postal and courier services, taxi and catering providers, and other external partners.
Coordinating and managing meetings and events efficiently.
Arranging and overseeing scheduling, travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics.
Preparing presentations and correspondence in both English and Polish.
Maintaining a well-organized, clean, and professional office environment.
Supporting various organizational projects, with project management experience considered an additional asset.
Executing communication activities to facilitate effective information flow within the organization.
Our requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with a professional and people-oriented approach.
Assertiveness, flexibility, and resilience when working under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Discretion, calmness, and adaptability when handling confidential information or changing work situations.
