Your responsibilities

• There’s structure in place, but still room to shape things. Some days are high volume, others about careful checking. You’ll help keep payments accurate, suppliers happy, and our books clean.
• Process invoices and reimbursements accurately and on time
• Chase missing details and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and colleagues clearly and respectfully
• Monitor and manage the AP mailbox – staying on top of queries and documents
• Reconcile statements, support audits, and contribute to month-end close
• Help improve how we track, file, and follow through on payables

Our requirements

• We’re not hiring for perfection. We’re looking for someone who can stay steady when things are unclear, take ownership, and keep others in mind as they go.
• Solid experience in Accounts Payable (ideally 2+ years)
• Confidence working independently and asking smart questions when needed
• Comfort with Excel and modern accounting tools
• Background in finance, accounting, or a similar field
• Strong written and spoken English – you’ll work with teams across Europe, the UK, the US, and Mexico
