Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and serve as a main point of contact for addressing their concerns, business needs and objectives.
• Design and implement onboarding programs to enable and create awareness on products and services.
• Provide partners with marketing materials, collaterals and sales enablement tools to assist them in promoting and selling the products and services.
• Monitor partner performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Handle on-demand webinars, promote partner content on social media platforms.
• Be an ambassador of the program and help in overall program improvement and engagement of the partners.

Our requirements

• Excellent English - min. C1 level, German, on at least B2 level.
• 3+ years of experience of handling partner enablement and partner communication.
• Understanding of Cloud services to provide relevant guidance and support.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes to help partners to get kick-started quickly and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with partners and to address any concerns.
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple partner communication needs and priorities.
