Your responsibilities

• Responsible for overseas sourcing, cost reduction, and supply assurance, with a focus on the development and pricing of attachment and auxiliary parts suppliers;
• Manage supplier relationships, establish and continuously optimize the supply chain;
• Execute category management tasks, including the formulation and implementation of category strategies, supplier performance management, and achievement of cost control targets;
• Support the improvement of the Group’s overseas procurement processes and systems, and contribute to the digitalization of international procurement.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or trade-related fields;
• Proficient in English as a working language, familiar with Office, SAP, and other relevant software;
• Over 3 years of procurement experience in large-scale machinery or heavy industry multinational companies, with proven experience in attachment product development and procurement;
• Familiar with procurement-related knowledge, including category expertise, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
• Capable of project management, PMP certification preferred;
• Honest, trustworthy, diligent, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.
