Your responsibilities

  • Order-To-Invoice flow:
  • Orders handling (orders, deliveries status, managing invoices, credit notes, debit memos, before Q requests through SalesForce).
  • Meet legal and other requirements on the local markets.
  • Improve the processes increase reliability and efficiency.
  • Claims and returns processing including follow up.
  • Complaints and returns processing including follow-up.
  • Cooperation with production plants, scheduling functions, other customer service teams and overall functions.
  • Cooperation with sales teams (incl. prices, MOQ, ROF etc.) to allow an optimal and constant supply of products and to be the gatekeeper of the service level agreements.
  • Participate in meetings with sales team to discuss specific cases.
  • Collaboration with warehouse/logistics.
  • Reports creation to monitor incomplete orders, complaints, backorders, billing blocks, incomplete invoices, etc.
  • Batch approval process based on customer requirements.
  • Cooperation with GMD team in terms of keeping all customer data correct in the system including ship-to, customer material numbers creation and new material activation.
  • Documentation management.
  • Shopping platform implementation.

Employer requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English, other language skills are considered as an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word etc).
  • SAP and SalesForce knowledge will be a plus.
  • Proactive personality and strong ability to execute with a positive attitude.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to communicate positively and solution-oriented.
  • Experience in international environment.
  • Precise and timely compliance.
  • Work independently, ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity to manage unexpected situations.
  • Ability to implement changes.
  • Limited travels: customers/ internal meetings.
