Your responsibilities

• active communication with business customers via phone and email in Italian (this is not a call center)
• order management from registration, through coordination and planning of deliveries, to monitoring timely completion
• resolving delivery-related issues – actively seeking solutions in case of delays or failures
• professional complaint handling and customer support in resolving all inquiries.
• business consulting – proposing alternative solutions and providing expert advice.

• previous experience in customer service or order management will be a significant asset
• fluent Italian and communicative English language skills
