Your responsibilities

  • Complying with all internal and external safety regulations pertaining to environmental protection and occupational & traffic safety according to the GRACE EHS system and directly pointing out identified mistakes or wrong behavior
  • Efficient detailed scheduling and sourcing from vendors and tollers (Req to PO Process) according to company rules and targets, cost optimization and considering vendor capabilities – Based on a daily sales order review
  • Coordinating repack process with internal and external service provider
  • Order scheduling, confirmation and communication of all sales orders (EMEA, Interco, indent) in line with company rules
  • Supporting on Customer complaints and Returns
  • Provide and plan raw, packaging material and semi-finished products based on requirements of finished products to the Grace suppliers and tollers.
  • Warehouse Inventory management – Shelf-life monitoring, Blocked Stock, Slow Moving, Repack order management etc.
  • Warehouse housekeeping and monitoring of exceptions
  • Owning and responsible for maintaining master data and MRP setup of warehouse materials in cooperation with Business Management and IBP
  • Utilize reports from IBP for Demand, Supply and Inventory Forecasting
  • Participate in mid/long-term Sales & Operation planning tasks and projects to report, optimize and improve processes.
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving in terms of material availability within the Integrated Supply Chain organization in co-operation with Sales Departments worldwide, Business Management, Operations and Technical Departments
  • Continuous monitoring of delivery performance, external sourcing, material availability vs demand
  • Liaise with Forwarding and external suppliers to optimize material flow to be in line with our internal goals and targets as well as external customers’ expectations
  • Coordination and Communication with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Business Management, IBP, TCS, TCO, Purchasing, QC/R&D, Forwarding and Warehouse on day-to-day business as well as escalation process
  • Participation in Integrated Supply Chain related projects

Our requirements

  • Fluent English
  • German would be an additional benefit
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Good SAP skills (SD, MM, PP)
  • More than 3 years of experience as a planner within the industry
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Willing to take over responsibility and be a problem solver
  • Basic technical understanding of production processes
  • Commercial knowledge and understanding and sense for cost optimization
  • Good communication skill and team spirit
  • Planning and commercial education
