Your responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the category performance (Savings initiatives, Efficiency improvement, Specific Procurement and Supply chain optimization projects)
  • Supporting the execution of category strategies in countries on behalf of the GCD / Senior Director
  • Accountable for analytics for Global and Regional Market events (tenders, negotiations, etc..) for key packaging and Ingredients categories
  • Develop analytics models to track financial performance and suppliers performance for the beverage cans category
  • Support GCD and Category Manager in developing category strategies with best in class analytics resources.
  • Managing global stock ownership for hops and juices, including inventory level, demand calculation, and the distribution/allocation process
  • Aggregating demand globally from local demand
  • Preparing and supporting RFx in cooperation with GCD
  • Understanding local business requirements and supply markets, coordinating cross-border implementation, and providing input to category strategy
  • Acting as an escalation point on returns/claims before GCD, when the latter has a financial impact
  • Managing local stakeholders on an ongoing daily basis
  • Performing category analytics and database management
  • Supporting the budget process through deep cost structure understanding
  • Coordinating and running Supplier Performance reviews, where agreed with GCD in countries, setting and delivering a clear value improvement agenda with suppliers/stakeholders
  • Managing other administrative tasks

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, finance, or commercial roles
  • Prior experience working in an international and virtual team environment
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and markets
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a sense of ownership
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
