Your responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Pro-active search of candidates via various methods
• Daily cooperation with internal departments
• Active work on brand visibility: actively participating in job fairs and creating content for SoMe
• Handling internal and external communication via digital and social media tools

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition department (including IT recruitments)
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
