Your responsibilities

• Post material invoices and warehouse documents, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Collect and archive accounting documents in line with internal procedures, and ensure records are reconciled with general ledger accounts
• Support the preparation of reports, financial statements, and tax declarations, and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare bank transfers, confirm and reconcile balances with counterparties, and collaborate effectively with other departments
• Take part in optimization initiatives and project roll-outs

Our requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial and accounting principles
• Practical Experience: Internships or part-time experience in accounting roles, with exposure to invoice posting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
• Communication Skills: Good English communication skills, sufficient for everyday work in an international environment

Optional

• Teamwork experience (e.g., project collaboration or prior roles), and familiarity with accounting software
